Ashley specializes in working with people in their mid-thirties to sixty who are experiencing persistent pain and hard-to-explain chronic symptoms. These symptoms are often driven by stored stress in the nervous system and influenced by it’s influence on the neuroendocrine-immune system. When the body remains in a state of active self-protection or depletion, it can create cycles of pain, tension and exhaustion that feel impossible to break.

With 15 over years experience in healthcare, Ashley blends deep clinical knowledge with integrated mind-body care that is unique in her field. Through extensive post-graduate training, Ashley is able to leverage osteopathic treatment, pain reprocessing therapy, and motivational interviewing into a transformative experience of personalized health care for her clients.

Rooted in evidence-based, trauma-sensitive care, Ashley’s work draws on advancements in the neuroscience of pain care and poly-vagal theory. By helping clients reconnect with their bodies, build resilience, and move toward lasting well-being we move away from a transactional style of health care and towards transformational change.

Ashley proudly holds memberships with the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Practitioners,  Association for the Treatment of Neuroplastic Symptoms, and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.
