Work With Ashley

There are two ways to work together at Life in Motion.
The appropriate pathway depends on the nature and duration of your symptoms.

If you are unsure which option is best suited to your situation, begin with a screening call and we can determine next steps together.

OPTION 1

Life in Motion Program

Structured care for chronic primary pain

The Life in Motion Program is a six-month, 12-session structured pathway designed for persistent pain patterns lasting longer than three to six months — particularly when symptoms fluctuate with stress, attention, or context.

This program integrates:

  • Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)
  • Osteopathic manual therapy
  • Pain-safety learning and nervous system stabilization
  • Gradual exposure and movement retraining
  • Relapse prevention and long-term sustainability planning

The program follows a phased model: education and assessment, skill development and real-world application, and long-term maintenance.
All prospective participants begin with a brief screening call to determine clinical fit and readiness for a structured, skills-based approach.
If you are living with recurring flare-ups, persistent symptoms despite reassuring testing, or a cycle of fear and avoidance around movement, this pathway is likely most appropriate.

OPTION 2

Osteopathic Care

Individual sessions for acute or structural concerns

Individual osteopathic sessions remain available for:

Not Sure Where to Start?

If you are uncertain which pathway fits your situation, begin with a screening call. Thoughtful, structured care begins with clarity.
