Practical, evidence-informed, and accessible for individuals navigating chronic pain, tension, fatigue, or recurring flare-ups.

  • You’ve been living with pain for longer than expected
  • Your symptoms continue despite treatment or normal imaging
  • Pain flares with stress, fear, or overload
  • You feel stuck in cycles of frustration, fear, or hyper-focus around symptoms
  • You want to better understand how pain works and what influences recovery
  • You’re curious about pain neuroscience and nervous system-informed approaches


This workshop is appropriate for individuals experiencing persistent pain, tension, fatigue, or chronic symptom patterns.

What You’ll Learn


TOPICS MAY INCLUDE:

  • The different types of pain and how they overlap
  • How persistent pain changes the brain and nervous system
  • The role of fear, stress, and hyper-vigilance in chronic pain
  • The pain-fear cycle and common patterns that perpetuate symptoms
  • Simple nervous system regulation and self-management strategies
  • Practical ways to begin working with your nervous system rather than against it


Participants will also receive a printed educational handout and practical tools for continued reflection and learning.
